LeakSecure products are sold and installed through certified professionals and authorized distributors. Any purchase, installation, or monitoring service is governed by the separate agreements provided at the time of sale or service, not by these Terms.

LeakSecure systems are designed to detect leaks and reduce the risk of water damage. No detection or shutoff system can prevent every leak or all damage, and system performance depends on proper installation, maintenance, power, and connectivity. Descriptions on the Site do not create a warranty. Product warranties, if any, are provided in writing with the product.
Some insurers offer programs related to water protection devices. LeakSecure does not promise or guarantee any insurance discount, premium change, eligibility, or coverage outcome. All insurance decisions are made solely by the insurer.
When you submit a form on the Site, you are asking us to respond. You agree that we, or a certified installer you have asked to be connected with, may contact you using the details you provide about that request. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.
