This Privacy Policy describes how Notation Labs, Inc., the maker of LeakSecure ("LeakSecure," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.leaksecure.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
This policy covers the Site. The LeakSecure monitoring system and mobile applications are governed by the service terms and privacy documentation provided when an account is set up.
Information you provide. When you fill out a form on the Site, for example to request an installation, find an installer, become a partner, make an insurance industry inquiry, or contact support, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or address, company name, role, insurance carrier, and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. With your consent where required, we collect analytics information about how the Site is used, such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. Details, including how to opt in and out, are in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies stay off until you allow them.
If you provide a phone number with a request, we may call or text you about that request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to end texts.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our decision.
The Site is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data on these legal bases: your consent for non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time; our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request, when responding to your inquiries; and compliance with legal obligations. You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and receive a copy of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including maintaining the business relationship you requested and meeting legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to services we do not control, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, YouTube, and social media platforms. Their privacy policies govern the information they collect.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on the Site.
